1、护照原件：六个月零十天以上有效期，护照尾页须签名

2、二张50*50MM白底彩照（不接受使用扫描或不清晰的照片）

3、人民币10,000 元的银行存款证明原件（至少四个月冻结期）

4、公司在职证明信原件 (需加盖公章，打印单位负责人姓名与职务并签字)

5、简单行程安排

6、正反两面身份证复印件二张。
