 D01: Beijing

Arrival in Beijing Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

visits the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quanjude restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B-L-D)

D03: Beijing

Visit the Badaling Great Wall. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon (B-L-D)

D04: Beijing/Urumqi

Arrive at Urumqi and stay in hotel.

D05: Urumqi

Visit Heavenly lake, the Southern Pasture and Kazak Yurts. Stroll along Erdaoqiao Bazaar in the evening. (B-L-D)

D06: Urumqi/Turpan/Dunhuang

Take a bus to Turpan and Visit Gaochang relic, Blazing Mountain, Karez Well and the Grape  Valley. In the evening take the train to Dunhuang. (B-L-D) Accommodation: train

D07: Dunhuang

Arrive at Dunhuang in the morning and visit Mogao Grottoes, Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Moon Lake.(B-L-D)

D08: Dunhuang/Jiayuguan/Lanzhou

Take a bus to Jiayuguan and visit the western terminus of the Ming Great wall- Jiayuguan Fortress. In the evening take the train for Lanzhou. (B-L-D) Accommodation: train

D09: Lanzhou

Arrived at Lanzhou and visit water wheel garden, the statue of mother, the first bridge on Yellow  river; (B-L-D)

D10: Lanzhou/Shanghai

Take the flight for Shanghai after breakfast visit the Bund, Yu Garden, (B-L-D)

Accommodation:

D11: Shanghai

visits the Museum and silk exhibition. See off in the afternoon. (B-L)
