DAY 01: Various Places→ZHANGJIAJIE
Take your flight to the city of Zhangjiajie - the World Natural Heritage site, is well-known for its unique landscapes. Arrived at Zhangjiajie Airport, Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation at Wulingyuan 5★Zhangjiajie Jingwu Pullman Hotel or Similar
DAY 02: ZHANGJIAJIE (Tianzi Mt /Yuanjiajie Mt /Baofeng Lake) 【B/L/D】
After breakfast at hotel, take coach to Tianzi Mountain, the king of all the peaks. The highest peak is Tianzi Peak which has an elevation of 1,262.5 metres. Taking in the view there, one can see solitary and clustering mountains among the clouds mid mist. Nearby the Helong Park has the best spot from which to view the cloudscape down the 100-metre valley. The park is constructed in commemorating Marshal He Long. A 6.5 metres high, 9 tonnes bronze of Marshal He Long was erected in the park. It is so far the biggest one in China. Major sights include The naturally shaped "The Imperial Brush Peak", "Fairy Scattering Flowers," "Couple Rocks", and West sea the Heavenly Terrace and other figure-like rocks are lively and provide great fun.Then take ecological car to the easiest soul losing place - Yuanjiajie,visit the First Bridge In The World, the Hallelujah mountain wonderland of the movie "Avatar" , Ecstasy Platform, etc. Take hundred dragon sightseeing lift down the mountain. Next to the Baofeng lake, is in fact a reservoir, 72 meters deep, stretching out for 2.5 kilometres. The beautiful mountains and waters represent the beauty of Wulingyuan. DAY 03: ZHANGJIAJIE (Yellow Dragon Cave /Golden Whip Stream Canyon) 【B/L/D】
After breakfast Drive out to Suoxiyu Nature Reserve - Yellow Dragon Cave, a 20-hectare wide cavern with a vertical height of over 100 metres. This cave is home to an impressive collection of stalactites and stalagmites, illuminated in a variety of colored lights. AfterLunch, coach to the Zhangjiajie National Park, China's first National Park. Take a scroll at Golden Whip Stream Canyon, named after the 380 meter high Golden Whip Rock, Golden Whip stream extends 6 km from north to south, winding across mountains and valleys. The brook is limpid through the year, with stone peaks standing erect on both banks. You can see towering pinnacles on both side of 50-100 meters wide valley, experience the great tranquility of nature, smell the wild flowers, listen to lovely birds singing, and watch wild monkeys playing in the trees. DAY 04: ZHANGJIAJIE (Tianmen Mt) →FENGHUANG(Night View) 【B/L/D】
Drive out to MountainTianmen (Tianmenshan), a gateway to heaven, the second national forest park in Zhangjiajie,the holy mountain in Western Hunan, The park hosts the world's longest cableway, with a length of 7455 meters and elevation of 1518 meters. a super holiday resort with miraculous geomorphologic landscapes, religious culture, unique relics of humanity, wild animals, and primitive forests make it as a must-go destination for foreign tourists, 99 bands winding road leading to gateway of Heaven, and glass walkway make it so distinctive, Tianmen Mountain Cableway, Tongtian Avenue (a way to Heaven), Tianmen Cave (Heaven Gateway), Tianmen Temple, Tianmen glass walkway, Ghost-valley plank road, and Yunmeng Fairy Summit are the main wonders. Fenghuang, a small and old city, situated at the east end of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, borders northern Guizhou province and eastern Chongqing Municipality, surrounded by mountains and girdled by the Tuojiang River, famous for its beautiful landscape. Most of the scenic spots and places of interest, such as the former residence of Shen Congwen, an important modern writer whose representative work, Chinese Ancient Costume Research, is the most authoritative and well known book ever written on ancient Chinese costume. DAY 06: CHANGSHA→Various Places【B/L】 CZ3382(10110-1145) CZ351(1820-2150)After breakfast, Visit Yuelu Academy , one of the four greatest academies in ancient China, Yuelu Academy is situated at the foot of Yuelu Mountain. Yuelu Academy began to run more than 1,000 years ago. It was operated by monks in its earlier period. In 976 AD, Zhu Dong, a prefect of Tanzhou(ancient name of Changsha), took over the administrative power and handed it to the Confucian scholars. Henceforth, for more than one thousand years, Yuelu Academy has been a divine spot for Confucianism education and a center of culture and literature.
